Becoming a member of the Colorado Boer Goat Association has its benefits:

Reduced Entry Fees
Make your show season more affordable. You’ll get reduced entry fees at CBGA-hosted shows for registered, market and commercial animals.

Show Premiums
Get some of your hard-earned investment back in the form of premium pay-outs for registered and market classes at CBGA-hosted shows.

Show Series Awards
Don’t let your hard work go unrecognized—becoming a CBGA member means you’ll be eligible for our summer show series awards at the end of the show season.

Voting Rights
You’ll get to help steer the future of the Boer goat community in our region by voting on motions and proposals at CBGA meetings.

Individual Membership: $50 + fees
Consists of any one (1) individual breeder and/or owner of Boer goat(s)

Family Membership: $100 + fees
Consists of up to five (5) persons who are legally married, and/or parents and minor children who are related through blood, marriage, and/or legal adoption. Persons must breed and/or own Boer goat(s).

Farm/Ranch Membership: $125 + fees
Consists of up to five (5) related or non-related persons who own, live on, work for, or otherwise have a financial interest in the same herd, farm, or ranch that breeds and/or owns Boer goat(s).

Affiliate Membership: $75 + fees
Consists of any individual, partnership, association, organization, company, or public institution who does not breed and/or own Boer goat(s), but who has a vested interest in the breed and/or meat goats.
